Why we use regular First Class Mail on small items

The answer is simple. First Class Mail for letters and flats is the same service class as First Class Mail for packages. The cost difference for something small, like a keychain or face mask, is $2.

We want to offer free shipping. We want you to be able to shop without thinking about any add-ons at the end (except sales tax, we don't control that). To do so, saving that little bit of money really makes a difference.

Add to that, it's really hard to watch the shipping labels print knowing we paid $2 extra just so a package gets scanned.

So now that brings us to what you really want to know. What if it gets lost? That happens. If it does, let us know and we'll replace it.

Larger items are shipped with Package service, and include tracking, simply because they actually are larger and meet the dimensional requirements for packages.

Thank you for understanding.
