Made to Order

Made for your order, not pulled from a shelf.

Some BB Greek items are made or decorated after you order instead of being ready to ship right away. This helps us offer more designs, organizations, and product choices. Look for the Made To Order label on a product page so you know which items need production time.

What happens after I order?

1. You choose your item and place the order.
2. The item is produced or decorated for your order. Timing depends on the product.
3. After production, the item is prepared for shipment. We send tracking to the email address on your order when it ships.

What do the dates mean?

Estimated item ship date is when we expect that item to leave for delivery, after its production time. Estimated item delivery date includes the expected time in transit. Check the dates shown for each item on its product page and in your cart before ordering.

Both dates are estimates, not guarantees. Production or carrier delays can change them. If you are ordering for a birthday, chapter event, or another deadline, please allow extra time and contact us before placing your order if the timing is important.

What if my cart has other items?

You can order in-stock and made-to-order items together. A made-to-order item may have a different ship or delivery estimate from another item in the same cart, including another made-to-order item. Read the dates beside each item rather than assuming the whole order will arrive on one date.

Made to order gives you more ways to find something that feels like your organization, including designs and product styles we do not keep ready to ship. You can see the label and estimated dates before buying, so you can choose the piece that fits both your style and your schedule.
