Our Satisfaction Promise

Every Lit Soul candle is hand-poured in small batches with care. We want your order to arrive safely, feel thoughtfully made, and bring a sense of calm and intention to your space.

Our Promise To You

We carefully prepare and inspect each order before it leaves our studio. From the candle and label to the packaging around it, our goal is to send you something we are proud to make and you are happy to receive.

The Beauty Of Handmade Candles

Because our candles are made by hand, slight variations may occur from one candle to another. Small differences in wax appearance, label placement, or finish are a natural part of small-batch production and do not affect the candle's quality or performance.

If Something Is Not Right

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or has another quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos when applicable. These details help us understand what happened and determine the best way to make it right.

Choosing The Right Candle

Fragrance is personal, and every scent can be experienced differently. We include scent notes and product details on each candle page to help you choose. If you have questions about a fragrance, candle size, burn time, or other product detail, please contact us before ordering. We are happy to help you find a candle that fits your space and intention.

Returns And Exchanges

Return and exchange eligibility, timeframes, item-condition requirements, and instructions are explained in our Returns and Exchanges Policy. Please review that policy before sending an item back, as all returns require prior authorization.
