Shipping and Delivery Times, Costs and Info
All orders are print, made or assembled-to-order. Processing times vary and are noted on each product. We make every effort to get your items to you ASAP. Embroidered items do have a longer production time because the set up of thread colors in the machinery is more time consuming. To ensure the best production for embroidered items, they are often batched so that orders of the same artwork are stitched at the same time. Our embroidery manager is terrific at her job and is very particular about stitch and garment quality and won't send anything out that doesn't meet her standards. As such, we do request your patience on embroidered items.
Domestic Shipping Charges
Our standard shipping method is USPS First Class Mail OR USPS Priority Mail. Orders going to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico. US Virgin Islands, Guam, APO and FPO addresses are sent via USPS Mail.
International Shipping Charges
Special note about flat rate shipping charges: Our international shipping charges are designed to make it easy for you to shop, knowing that whether you purchase one item or 10, the shipping charge will not exceed a certain amount. When you purchase very small and lightweight items, we can ship it inexpensively, saving you money on shipping costs.
International transit times vary, depending on the destination country. Please also note that international shipments are often slowed down by customs inspections.
For all international orders, customers are responsible for paying the customs and import duties. Four Twigs LLCdoes not charge, nor collect customs and duties and as such cannot determine in advance what these fees will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office, as customs duties and charges are paid to the government of the receiving country.
