Hassle-Free Returns

Returns received within 30 days of the ship date are eligible for a refund or exchange. During the holiday season from November to the end of December - this return period is extended to 45 days. Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.


Shipping charges and gift wrap charges are not refundable.

All sales of closeout merchandise are final and no returns will be accepted, so please be sure you choose the correct size and color when purchasing closeout items. These items are clearly marked "closeout" on the product page, the "shopping cart" page, your email confirmation and on your packing slip.

For the health and safety of our employees, no returns of worn items will be accepted. We do not accept returns on intimate garments containing a crotch (panties, boyshorts, etc.) if the item is tried on or worn.

Returns of personalized and customized items are only accepted if there is a mis-print or the wrong item is sent.


Return Instructions

Email us for a Return Authorization (RA) Number. All returns require an authorization number. All returned merchandise must be in original condition, including all hangtags or swingtags.

Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.

Please ship prepaid, we do not accept COD or freight collect. And we highly suggest using insured and/or trackable shipping.
